- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. Applied for a duplex after 3 weeks of trying to see the place since they couldn't ever schedule a day and time. Called to check on the status of the apps the following week to be told "we think there's just gonna be too many people living there". I told Chris over 3 weeks ago that there would be 3 adults and 2 kids that are under 3 living in that 3 bedroom duplex. When really, Chris is discriminating because I brought a black friend with me when I looked at the duplex. All was fine and dandy until then. Now all the sudden there's going to be "too many" people living there. Not great business at all. Completely wasted my time and gas. I appreciated their communication and care when home was totaled in 2011 from Joplin tornado and during other smaller claims and issues.
